Moses Lake managed homeless camp set to open mid-November

The first five tiny home units for Moses Lake's managed homeless camp were painted by Eye For Detail Painting Thursday, which volunteered its services after hearing about the project from Brandon LaBonte, director at Serve Moses Lake.
