On Friday, Oct. 23, 2020, Juan Robert Ramirez, 68, a longtime resident of Moses Lake, went to be with his beloved parents, and Father in Heaven.

Juan was born May 11, 1952, in Sunnyside, Washington, to Antonia and David Ramirez. He graduated from Asherton High School in Asherton, Texas, and later received his degree at Big Bend Community College in auto mechanics. He worked at Moses Lake Ford for 20 years where he retired. He then went into diesel mechanics working at Friehe Farms and CHS.

He met Kim Jensen while working at Moses Lake Ford and they decided to move their little family out to the country and build a new home. The two worked hard on building their new home and made it through all the ups and downs. Juan was well known in the community and was involved in the lives of many people. He was a very loving, caring and giving man.

Juan is survived by his partner of 23 years Kim Jensen, his daughters Amber Reynolds and Michelle Reynolds, sisters Anna Garcia and Concha Ramirez and his nieces Susan Garcia and Janet Lee Ramirez. He is also survived by many loved cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, his older brother David Ramirez and his beloved cousin Rudy Ramirez Jr.

There will be a celebration of life at Juan's home, 6647 Stratford Road, Moses Lake, on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
