The required services are for a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved Independent Consultant to complete the Seventh Part 12 Inspection and Report on Main Canal Headworks Hydropower Plant (26 MW) located in Coulee City, WA. The consultant selected and the services provided will be in accordance with the requirements of Part 12, Subpart D of FERC regulations, including the Dam Safety Performance Monitoring Program and Potential Failure Mode Analysis. Legal Notice: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Draft 2021 Assessment Roll and Schedule of Rates for the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District (MLIRD). 2020/2021 Assessments are now on file and open to inspection at the office at 932 E. The total proposed rate is $1.00 per Thousand Dollars of 2021 Total Assessed Valuation for properties in the District ($.25 under RCW Ch. 87.84 and $.75 under RCW Ch. 87.03). The MLIRD Board of Directors may decide to reduce that rate but will not increase it. The Draft Assessment Roll is based on the best information currently available to MLIRD.
