Algeria's president transferred to Germany for treatment

ALGIERS, Algeria (AP) — Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune was transferred to Germany for specialist medical treatment Wednesday, a day after his country's presidency announced he had been hospitalized but not revealed why.
