Reynolds, Charlotte take control late in 38-28 win over UTEP

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Chris Reynolds threw for two scores and Aaron McAllister ran for two touchdowns and Charlotte beat UTEP 38-28 on Saturday.
