Kitten rescued, adopted out
Serious the kitten, rescued from a drainage grate earlier this month by Moses Lake officer Caitlin Carter, was so feisty that staff with Grant County Animal Outreach had to wait until he was waking up from a nap to snap his picture.

MOSES LAKE — A young kitten found in a drainage grate in Moses Lake by a local police officer and brought to Grant County Animal Outreach was quickly adopted earlier this month.
