NATIONAL SUMMARY

Unseasonably warm conditions will stretch from the

south-central Plains to the Ohio and Tennessee valleys and

Northeast tomorrow. This corridor can also expect dry

weather with some sunshine. As some moisture flows in from

the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico, a few showers and

thunderstorms will bubble up along the Gulf coast and in

Florida. Coastal flooding and rough surf are forecast to

continue from the east coast of Florida to South Carolina.

Another big storm will target the North Central states,

bringing heavy snow from Montana and Wyoming to the Dakotas

and northern Minnesota. Rain and a wintry mix are expected

farther south and east over the Midwest. A few gusty storms

are possible late in the day from Iowa to Kansas. The

Pacific coast will be dry with Northern California staying

windy.
