Morales party claims victory in Bolivia's presidential vote
LA PAZ, Bolivia (AP) — Evo Morales’ party has claimed victory in a presidential election that appears to sharply shift Bolivia away from the conservative policies of the U.S.-backed interim government that took power after the leftist leader resigned and fled the country a year ago.
