In a story October 9, 2020, about a Missouri Supreme Court decision on remote voting, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the court found new state laws on absentee and mail-in ballots didn’t violate any constitutional right. The court noted that there is no constitutional right to remote voting, and the plaintiffs did not challenge the laws on any other constitutional grounds.
