City seeks youth involvement in planning through coloring activity

MOSES LAKE – The city of Moses Lake seeks ideas from young people to add the next generation’s voice to the city’s Comprehensive Plan update. The plan is updated every 20 years.

For the update, the city is conducting a visioning process in which comments from the public are sought and gathered.

Children and parents are encouraged to finish a sketch form and color in their dreams for Moses Lake. The sketch can be found online at https://bit.ly/36DBUoL. Copies of the form are also available at the city’s Museum & Art Center at 401 S. Balsam St. Submissions will be posted at the Civic Center and considered for a food-related prize.
