Judge: Alaska governor used veto power to punish courts

JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy unconstitutionally used his veto powers to punish the courts following a state Supreme Court decision that invalidated proposed abortion restrictions, a judge ruled Friday.
