'Tarzan' actor challenges DA report in son's shooting death

SANTA BARBARA, California. (AP) — The attorney for “Tarzan” actor Ron Ely and his family has challenged a Santa Barbara County District Attorney report that the fatal shooting of his son was justifiable.
