Oct. 11

Officers responded to the area of North Stratford Road and West Valley Road for a report of a man who assaulted a woman.

Officers responded to the Regency Park Apartments for a report of a car prowling in which $500 worth of Milk Makeup products were stolen.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of North Buell Street for a report of a domestic assault, in which a man grabbed his girlfriend by the throat with both hands until she nearly fainted. The man was not located.

Officers responded to the 2700 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a car prowling in which a Nintendo Switch was stolen.

Oct. 8

Ben Deboer, 29, of Othello, was booked on outstanding warrants related to third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Joseph Michael Zyph, 39, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of violation of a no-contact order.

Sebastian Earl Hester, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of harassment.

Heraclio Rangel Melchor, 43, of Beverly, was booked on charges of driving while under the influence, first-degree driving while license suspended and driving without an ignition interlock, as well as an outstanding warrant related to reckless driving and driving while under the influence.

Oct. 9

Nicholas David Fortino, 34, of Desert Aire, was booked on charges of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and use of drug paraphernalia.

Christian Dominic Reyna, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of third-degree driving while license suspended, as well as an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

James Earl Kinnard, 40, of Grand Coulee, was booked on charges of third-degree assault, harassment, fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
