Chinese foreign minister begins SE Asian tour in Cambodia
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) — China and Cambodia signed a free trade agreement on Monday as China's foreign minister visited Phnom Penh as part of a four-nation Southeast Asian tour.
