NATIONAL SUMMARY

Rain associated with Delta will move up the coast today,

soaking portions of southern New England and the

mid-Atlantic tomorrow, with localized flash flooding

possible. Showers are forecast to linger in the Carolinas

and Virginias. Southeast states will experience higher

temperatures and humidity in the wake of Delta. A strong

cold front sweeping through the upper Midwest today will

bring strong thunderstorms the region throughout the day.

As one storm continues pushing rain into the Pacific

Northwest, another storm will spread showers across Montana

and high elevation flurries in the northern Rockies. The

Southwest will be sunny and warm, with high winds gusting

through Wyoming and the Four Corners region.
