Russia tries to sponsor Nagorno-Karabakh cease-fire talks
MOSCOW (AP) — Russia moved to stop the worst escalation of fighting in the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh in more than a quarter-century by offering to host cease-fire talks on Friday.
