Letter: Write in Freed for lieutenant governor

Ballots will be out soon. Your ballot will have two Democrat candidates for lieutenant governor. I urge you to write in Joshua Freed as the Republican candidate.

As lieutenant governor, Joshua Freed will bring the same innovative and creative leadership to Olympia that made him successful as a mayor, council member and small business owner. He understands how critical trade is to small businesses in Washington, and he will work to expand trade deals so Washington businesses can export more homegrown products and thus make it possible for people to find jobs and businesses to find workers.

He is knowledgeable about and has promised to prioritize the issues involved in the opioid crisis, the homelessness crisis,the mental health crisis and the economic crisis brought about by COVID-19.
