Putin sends a mixed message on US election, hedging his bets
MOSCOW (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday decried what he called Joe Biden’s “sharp anti-Russian rhetoric” but praised the Democratic presidential nominee’s comments on arms control.
