Armando Gonzales Perez, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree trafficking in stolen property and second-degree possession of stolen property.

Fredrick Stiles Shaw, 78, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of first-degree child molestation.

Ian Jacob Libby, 30, of Soap Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from underlying charges of first-degree robbery, as well as an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft.

Larry Lynn Winters, 70, of Moses Lake, was booked on a restitution order stemming from unspecified underlying charges.

Alex Evan Braziel, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of first-degree assault.
