Dutch hospital: Gynecologist fathered at least 17 children

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — A gynecologist who worked at an artificial insemination program at a Dutch hospital fathered at least 17 children using his own sperm without informing the parents, the hospital announced Tuesday.
