NATIONAL SUMMARY

High pressure will be in control of much of the nation

tomorrow, leading to a dry day with sunshine for most areas

with only a few exceptions. Stray showers may dampen parts

of interior New England, and a storm moving across southern

Canada could bring some wet weather to northern Minnesota

and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Temperatures will be

near to several degrees above average across the Midwest and

Northeast, with highs in the 60s and 70s. Showers are

forecast across Florida and the central Gulf Coast, with

pleasant conditions for the rest of the South. A

strengthening tropical system in the northwestern Caribbean

could bring impacts to the Gulf Coast later in the week.

Warmth will persist from the West into the High Plains.
