Officials: Suicide car bomb targets Afghan governor, kills 8

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — A suicide car bomber targeted the convoy of a provincial governor in eastern Afghanistan on Monday, killing at least 8 people, including four civilians, government officials said.
