NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD October 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a Unified Development Code Amendment as proposed by Grant County Development Services for changes to allow government offices in various zones, revise the Performance and Use standards for Mini Storage developments in order to clarify ambiguous language and provide greater clarity for developers/owners, revises "minor modification" language for Wireless Communication Facilities to better facilitate tower upgrade projects, and revise language regarding size limitations for uses in the AG zone. Grant County is providing access to this scheduled hearing for the public via webex audio connection only, no members of the public may be present in the hearing room with the exception of the project representative. NEWS RELEASE PREPARATION FOR LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST In preparation for the November 3, 2020 General Election, a Logic and Accuracy Test will be performed. A "test deck"of ballots will be scanned. This test verifies that the system will correctly count the votes cast for all items appearing on the ballot.
