NATIONAL SUMMARY
Parts of New England and upstate New York will be dampened
by spotty showers tomorrow. A more concentrated area of
showers is likely in southern Georgia, the northern Florida
Peninsula and the Florida Panhandle. A developing storm
system is expected to drench southeastern Texas with
flooding thunderstorms. In central Texas, thunderstorms are
also forecast to rumble, but the rain is not expected to be
as heavy. Rain showers can mix with snow during the morning
hours in the Texas Panhandle. A passing morning shower could
occur in northwestern Oregon, but the rest of the West
should be dry. High winds are expected to buffet portions of
northwestern Montana. Elsewhere across the country, tranquil
weather is expected.
