NATIONAL SUMMARY

Rain is expected to dampen areas from coastal Maine

southward to Virginia tomorrow, especially in the morning.

Showers will make for a wet day in southern Alabama and much

of Georgia. A few flurries may fly in the highest elevations

of the Colorado Rockies, but much of the rest of the country

will be dry. However, a storm will lurk just off the coast

of Washington state, but the precipitation is expected to

stay to the north and west in British Columbia. Despite the

rain in the East, temperatures are forecast to be higher

than normal for the end of November. The highest

temperatures will be found in South Texas, where some

locations will be near record territory.
