Penguin snaps up Simon & Schuster, creating mega publisher
BERLIN (AP) — German media giant Bertelsmann said Wednesday that its Penguin Random House division is buying rival Simon & Schuster, in a mega deal that will likely reshape the U.S. publishing industry.
