Bertelsmann's Penguin division snaps up Simon & Schuster
BERLIN (AP) — German media giant Bertelsmann said Wednesday that it is buying publisher Simon & Schuster, further expanding its existing U.S. portfolio that already includes the number one American publisher Penguin Random House.
