Officers responded to Columbia Crest for a report of a patient that had been rough with an employee and left a mark on their arm.

Officers responded to the Patton Park One Stop for a report of a juvenile suspect that attempted to purchase an item with a fake $20 bill.

Nov. 18

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Columbia Avenue for a report of gang-related graffiti located on a fence in the area.

Officers responded to the city of Moses Lake for a report of a car prowling in which a $2,000 Dell laptop was stolen.

Officers responded to the area of North Grape Drive for a report of a man that had hit a woman in the face and fled the scene before officers arrived.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Abbey Road for a report of a residence that had broken into and occupied by squatters.

Officers responded to the 3100 block of West Lakeside Drive for a report of a car that had been egged.

Nov. 19

Officers responded to the 1400 block of East Nen Drive for a report of a car prowling in which a number of clothes and electronics were stolen.

Officers responded to Scotty’s Auto Repair for a report of two suspects that entered the property shortly after midnight and cut out a large section of an exhaust system, a muffler and a catalytic convertor. The damages were believed to be worth about $3,000.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of West Tennessee Drive for a report of a package on a resident’s porch that had been opened.

Officers responded to Gesa Credit Union for a report of a counterfeit $20 bill that a client had reportedly gotten from another business.

Officers responded to the 800 block of South A Street for a report of a package of Christmas presents that was stolen off of a resident’s porch.

Nov. 21

Officers responded to the 1300 block of South Cougar Drive for a report of a car prowling in which the vehicle registration was stolen.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of North Grape Drive for a report of graffiti located on a nearby basketball court.

Officers responded to the Department of Licensing office for a report of a subject’s documentation being stolen after he forgot them in the office.

Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a stolen vehicle.

Nov. 22

Officers responded to Motel 6 for a report of a fight between two intoxicated friends, during which the window to the front lobby was broken.

Officers responded to McDonalds for a report of a vehicle in the drive-thru with what appeared to be blood dripping out of the trunk. The blood turned out to be black paint on the bumper.

Officers responded to the 600 block of West Crest Drive for a report of a residential burglary in which firearms, electronics, collectible sports cards and jewelry were stolen.

Justin Cole Williams Adams, 34, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of violation of a no contact/protection order.

Unique Washington, 24, of Everett, was booked on charges of third-degree theft and violation of a no contact/protection order.

Jesus Torres, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of first-degree robbery, as well as an outstanding warrant related to underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Sixto Galindo Castro, 36, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Nov. 18

Cristo Jose Flores, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to underlying charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Vanessa Kearra Simmons, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to second-degree burglary.

Mario Arabieso Gutierrez, 39, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of attempting to elude, resisting arrest and making a false statement to a public servant, as well as an outstanding warrant related to underlying charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Nov. 19

Raven Alan Ginder, 19, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to residential burglary and first-degree theft.

Jacinto Cortez Campos, 37, of Seattle, was booed on charges of attempting to elude.

Nov. 20

Nicholas Arthur Brown, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance, as well as an outstanding warrant related to underlying charges of reckless endangerment, domestic violence harassment, third-degree driving while license suspended, and trip permit violation.

Ashly Rose Carver, 28, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of second-degree burglary, attempted third-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Aldercy Ramirez Espinoza, 26, of Quincy, was booked on charges of third-degree assault and resisting arrest, as well as an outstanding warrant related to third-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Cassidy Rae Frashure, 18, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstnading warrant related to fourth-degree assault.

Nov. 21

Joseph Michael Zyph, 38, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree burglary, violation of a protection order and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Lacey Larae Gwinn, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of violation of a no contact/protection order.

Lacie Sharai Upshaw, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on a material witness warrant.

Rey Gama Valladares, 25, of Royal City, was booked on charges of domestic violence unlawful imprisonment.

Aaron Jacob Dunlap Smith, 27, of Spokane, was booked on unspecified charges.

Nov. 22

Brandon Dean Johnson, 31, of Warden, was booked on a probation violation stemming from underlying charges of second-degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance.

Travis William Coleman, 36, of Wenatchee, was booked on charges of violation of a civil harassment order, resisting arrest and conspiracy to commit a violation of the uniform controlled substance act.

Andy Garza, 42, of Soap Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Jordan Isaiah Gamble, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on violation of a protection order.
