As virus cases spike, Louisiana governor adds restrictions

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — With Louisiana seeing a new spike in coronavirus hospitalizations, Gov. John Bel Edwards on Tuesday toughened restrictions on businesses and gatherings ahead of Thanksgiving, worried the holidays would only worsen the outbreak's spread.
