Correction: Congress-Confederate Bases story

WASHINGTON (AP) — In a story November 19, 2020, about the annual defense bill in Congress, The Associated Press erroneously reported that failure to pass the legislation could hold up a pay raise for the military. The 3 percent yearly pay raise for the military is automatic.
