NATIONAL SUMMARY
A continued easterly flow from the Atlantic Ocean will cause
rough surf, rip currents, minor coastal flooding and a stray
shower along the eastern coast of Florida tomorrow.
Elsewhere, a spotty shower could dampen the late-afternoon
hours in eastern Kansas, northern and central Missouri, far
southeastern Iowa and into central Illinois. A little rain
is expected to fall in northwestern Washington state,
primarily in the Olympic Peninsula, with a bit of snow in
the northern Washington Cascades. In the wake of a weak
disturbance, chilly air will funnel into northern North
Dakota and northern Minnesota, with readings likely to stay
below freezing all day. In contrast, high temperatures in
the Desert Southwest, South Texas and South Florida are
likely to exceed 80 F.
