Search underway for Tulalip officer after boat capsized

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A Tulalip Fish and Wildlife police officer is missing and presumed dead after a rogue wave hit a patrol vessel, causing it to capsize, Tulalip police said Wednesday.
