Correction: Electric Vehicles-New Mexico story

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — In a story November 17, 2020, about state purchases of electric vehicles, The Associated Press erroneously reported the electricity sector produces more greenhouses gases than other sectors of the economy. In New Mexico the oil and natural gas sector generates the most greenhouse gases, while at the national level transportation is the largest emitter followed closely by electricity generation.
