WASHINGTON (AP) — Judy Shelton, President Donald Trump's controversial nominee to the Federal Reserve, faces a razor-thin confirmation tally on Tuesday as the Republican-controlled Senate continues to focus its energies in the lame-duck session on confirming Trump's appointees.
