As hospitals strain, officials urge Minnesotans to stay home
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A registered nurse who cares for COVID-19 patients at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis said Monday the pandemic is taking a toll on front-line workers, and she joined the governor and state health officials in urging people to alter behaviors and skip Thanksgiving gatherings as the pandemic pushes hospitals to their limits.
