NOTICE TO TRUCKING COMPANIES Sealed bids plainly marked "Bid for Asphalt Hauling and Dispatch Services 2021 - 2023" will be received by Grant County at the Grant County Public Works Office located in Ephrata, WA. 124 Enterprise Street, Ephrata, WA 98823, until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 1, 2020 and will then and there in the Public Meeting Room be opened and publicly read via webex audio and any interested parties may attend via webex audio. Grant County Public Works is providing access to this bid opening for the public via webex audio connection only, no members of the public may be present in the meeting room with the exception of the project representative. To participate in the hearing please call in to the hearing at 1 (408) 418-9388 and enter the access code (146 447 7396), you will be joined to the meeting in a 'muted' status until such time as the hearing allows for public comment.
