Construction workers prepare to pump concrete Thursday at the site of the new McPartland Law Offices building at the corner of West Broadway Avenue and South Interlake in Moses Lake. The site is at a corner of a long undeveloped rectangle of land and a prominent location along a main entrance from Interstate 90 to Moses Lake.
