Lynette K. Manor

| November 12, 2020 1:00 AM

Lynette K. Manor, 74, of Ephrata, Washington. passed away on Oct. 17, 2020, at home attended by her husband and daughter.

Lynette was born to Emil and Louise Kluth in 1946, in McMinnville, Oregon. The family moved to Moses Lake, Washington, where Lynette started high school. She graduated in 1964.

Lynette enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors: snowmobiling, boating and motorcycling. Lynette and Paul retired in 1998, got in the motor home and never looked back. In 2010 they settled in Ephrata, although they still went to Arizona in the RV to visit their many friends.

Lynette was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2016. A few years later she was feeling fairly good, so she and Paul flew to visit friends in a few states.

Lynette worked as a bookkeeper most of her life; she worked at Weinstein Beverage until she retired. She got bored with retirement so went into resort management. She kept busy in Moses Lake with the Moses Lake Yacht Club, the Eagles and the Goldwing Road Riders. When they hit the road, she started beading tapestry; she definitely did some beautiful work.

Lynette is survived by her husband Paul Manor and daughter Carrie Manor, both of Ephrata, and son Paul V. Manor of Moses Lake as well as a sister, Annette Clark, of Kennewick. She had six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Emil and Louise Kluth, brothers Ron and Bob Kluth and oldest daughter Cally Manor Grieb.
