Moses Lake Police Department
Nov. 5
Officers responded to the area of South Pioneer Way and East Nelson Road for a report of items removed from a clothing donation drop box. The clothing was found in a trash can.
Officers responded to the 200 block of North Manzanita Street for a report of a vehicle break-in in which camouflage pants and jacket were taken, as well as loose change.
Officers responded to the 1400 block of East Nelson Road for a report of an argument between a father and 17-year-old son in which the father reported that his son pushed him to the floor.
Officers responded to the 200 block of North Manzanita Street for a report of a vehicle prowl in which a GoPro backpack and the reporting party’s work ID were reportedly taken. Value of the missing items was estimated at $250.
Officers responded to Famous Footwear for a report of a female subject who entered the store, took shoes and left. The suspect could not be located.
Nov. 6
Officers responded to the Moses Lake Post Office for a report that a teenager’s bicycle had been taken from him by force. The bike was found a block away.
Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a subject who had been observed on camera opening merchandise. The suspect was also found to be in possession of foil containing heroin.
Nov. 7
Officers responded to the 4000 block of West Sandy Street for a report of two 10-foot chain link gates stolen from a rental property.
Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Basin Street for a report of shots fired in an alley. A residence was found to have been struck by gunfire.
Officers responded to the 3000 block of West Peninsula Drive for a report that a suspect had punched his girlfriend in the nose, possibly breaking it.

Officers responded to the 800 block of South Division Street for a report of somebody looking through mailboxes.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Northwest Sunburst Court for a report that a bird had gotten into an apartment. Officers captured the bird and released it outside.
Nov. 9
Officers responded to Goodwill Industries for a report of an upset male who had previously threatened to blow up the building. Staff requested that the suspect be trespassed from the premises.

Gaige Sebastian Sebens, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
David Mordecai Whitmer, 48, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Francisco Alarcon, 24, or Moses Lake, was booked on charges of DUI.
Marcos Valdovinos, 24, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of DUI and hit-and-run of an attended vehicle.

Adalberto Valdez, 43, of Othello, was booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant for child molestation and second-degree rape of a child.
Miguel Tapia Rodriguez, 52, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of DUI.

Nellie Louise Gonzalez, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree assault, hit-and-run of an attended vehicle, reckless driving and reckless endangerment – domestic violence.
Mario Robert Crittenden, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on a GCSC warrant for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

Gerardo Magdaleno Araiza, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
Christian Lee Wilkins, 27, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
Christopher Collin Lester, 31, of Wenatchee, was booked on charges of first-degree rape of a child, first-degree child molestation, and other child sex charges.
