Police: Man claims he was headed to kill former U.S. senator

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A man who claimed he was headed to Missouri to kill former U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill was arrested Wednesday in Utah after troopers caught him driving up to 130 mph (209.21 kph), according to court documents.
