Lagarde: Recovery could be stop-and-go despite vaccine news
FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — European Central Bank head Christine Lagarde warned Wednesday that the economy could face a “bumpy,” “stop-and-start” recovery despite good news about vaccine development.
