ORDINANCE 20-06 The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 20-06 AN ORDINANCE OF THE ROYAL CITY CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING A UTILITY SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING ECONOMIC HARDSHIP DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR DESIGNEE TO DISTRIBUTE GRANT FUNDS OF UP TO $350 PER QUALIFYING INDIVIDUAL RECEIVING CITY OF ROYAL CITY RESIDENTIAL UTILITY SERVICE.
