NATIONAL SUMMARY
Another day of warm, dry weather will stretch from the
Northeast through the mid-Atlantic tomorrow as high pressure
remains in control. Meanwhile, Eta will churn in the
southeastern Gulf of Mexico and bring some wind and rain to
portions of Florida's west coast. Spotty showers will dot
much of the Southeast as tropical moisture surges into the
area. In the center of the country, a swath of sloppy
weather will extend from the central Plains to the Great
Lakes. Periods of snow will fall from Nebraska to Minnesota,
while gusty thunderstorms fire up from Missouri to
Wisconsin. A storm system will push into the Northwest and
bring another round of rain and snow to the region.
Elsewhere, the Southwest will remain unseasonably cold.
