Peru lawmakers vote to remove president over alleged graft
LIMA, Peru (AP) — Peruvian lawmakers voted Monday night to remove President Martín Vizcarra from office, accusing him of taking bribes years ago and poorly handling the country’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.
