REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES Columbia Basin Hydropower (CBHP) is seeking professional engineering consultant services for engineering services at one of its hydroelectric power plants for year 2021. The required services are for a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved Independent Consultant to complete the Seventh Part 12 Inspection and Report on Main Canal Headworks Hydropower Plant (26 MW) located in Coulee City, WA. The consultant selected and the services provided will be in accordance with the requirements of Part 12, Subpart D of FERC regulations, including the Dam Safety Performance Monitoring Program and Potential Failure Mode Analysis.
