Tourist boat sinks near Turkish coast; 1 Russian dead

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — A tour boat with 33 Russian tourists on board capsized Tuesday near the Turkish Mediterranean coast of Alanya, killing one of the tourists, officials said.
