Biden wins Rhode Island; Reed reelected as polls close

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Democrat Joe Biden won Rhode Island and longtime U.S. Sen. Jack Reed was reelected as polls closed Tuesday in an election that set a new state record for voter turnout.
