8 arrested in Pacific Northwest Election Day protests

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Hundreds were marching in demonstrations in Portland, Oregon and in Seattle on Tuesday, Election, Day, and several were arrested as authorities said they were prepared for unrest.
