Ex-LA council top aide to plead guilty in $1M bribery scheme

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A former top aide to Los Angeles City Council member Jose Huizar will plead guilty to a federal racketeering charge in a $1 million bribery scheme involving real estate developers, federal prosecutors announced Wednesday.
