UK leader rejects aide inquiry, unveils test and trace plan

LONDON (AP) — British Prime Minister Boris Johnson refused Wednesday to hold an official inquiry into the actions of his closest adviser for allegedly flouting COVID-19 lockdown rules, imploring an angry public to move on from the scandal rocking his government.
